## How testing works

1. **Reach out.** Customers contact us by phone, email, or via the scheduling form on our website. We respond with available appointment dates.
2. **We show up and test.** A certified tester arrives on the scheduled date and performs the test on-site. The customer can choose text notification on arrival, a knock on the door, or no notification at all.
3. **We file the report.** We submit the signed report directly to the appropriate water district — through their online portal, email, or mail, depending on the jurisdiction — and send the customer a copy along with the invoice.

If the device does not pass inspection, we notify the customer immediately, explain the issue clearly, recommend the appropriate repair or replacement, and schedule a return visit to bring the system back into compliance. We never do work without approval.

We also track every customer's annual due date by their local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and send reminders before the next test is due.
